Cara buat:
2 tablespoons High-Protein, Low-Carb Shake in Vanilla Flavor
1 packet Peach Mango High-Protein, Low-Carb Drink
16 oz. very cold water
4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine ingredients in blender and mix until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.
